Over the past 25 years, a number of disappearances and grizzly murders have accumulated in a small town in Western North Carolina. A man by the name of Bryan Rollins, was known as the most brutal masked murderer in North Carolina History. He escapes from a Correctional facility in Stokes County, North Carolina and is on the loose killing anything that stands in his path.
